It is quite tricky(and expensive) to get more power out of a N/A S62 engine. Options: 1.Remapping only will give max. 15 hp more,so boring 2.Go with a setup similar to a Dinan S2:Schrick cams,52mm throttle bodies, velocity stacks, larger injectors, larger MAF housings, cold air intakes, manifolds, race cats, intake air temp sensor relocation, remap.Gives 470ish horses and if bought from Dinan it sets you back about 20k.... Found a cheaper way, though, but still not that cheap! Dyno runs will follow in spring with summer tires

Will use on the sleeved block probably one Vortech V2,like ESS does. Seems to be a good setup and reliable. Or if I go finally mad,two Rotrex chargers Wanna see either way 600rwhp,otherwise not really satisfied! And a fully rebuilt and sleeved engine should deliver that power reliable!

Yep,the beast needs a bit more life in it! And I want a(almost) no worries setup that provides enough power and has still daily driver qualities!
Anyway fed up of E60 M5s blowing me off....

Most of the N/A mods described in the first post are already done on my engine, only missing manifolds and remapping.
My second engine which comes more and more together is basically a sleeved block,re-done and balanced crank, heads with Vanos units. This is the engine that will go S/C... Looking at the moment for some pistons and rods.

Will be a long way to go the S/C option for me! Next winter is enough time to build something nasty then! If I can wait tht long with all the bits and pieces around
